Persimmon & Apple Cashew Porridge
Winter is well and truly upon us here in the south. We thought we were overdue to showcase another at home recipe creation shared by you guys, our talented Otis fam. This week, it's that winter warmer we all love, porridge. Shout out to @alittlepositivityeveryday for her luxurious all-kiwi-oat-porridge ensemble. You might wanna write this one down...

Persimmon & Apple Cashew Porridge
Winter fruits with creamy porridge and cozy peanut butter to warm up your mornings! 💛
The Porridge:
~1/3 cup rolled oats @harrawaysnz
~1 tbsp chia seeds
~1/2 cup oat milk @otisoatmilk
~1/4 cup water
~1 tsp vanilla extract
~Pinch salt & cinnamon
The Toppings:
~Persimmon & Apples 🍎
~Roasted cashew nuts
~Chia seeds
~Home made granola & more cinnamon
~Peanut butter
Cook your porridge in a pan on stove, stir to your preferred texture, add in more water/milk if needed
~Served up warm with your FAV toppings
