Nectarine Crumble Smoothie Bowl
A homage to the last of the summer produce. Sweet, creamy & delicious. Packed with plant fibre and protein. This one bowl hits 3/5 of your fruits and veggies for the day, what’s not to love!
The ingredients:
The base
• 1 fresh nectarine, sliced
• 1 cup Otis Oat Milk, The Everyday One
• 30 grams, vanilla plant protein
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 large banana, frozen
• 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
The toppings
• Plant based vanilla yoghurt
• Clustery granola of choice. This one pictured is an almond, maple & oat granola.
The method:
Add Otis’s The Everyday One oat milk and powders to a blender, followed by the nectarine and frozen fruit/veg. Blend on low to start before gradually increasing the speed until nice and smooth.
Bowl up, top with the yogurt and granola, and enjoy!
