Isabella from @grounded_kitchen didnât know how much she needed barista grade oat milk in smoothies until now. It completely levels up the creaminess factor and carries the strawberry flavour so beautifully. Again, a drink that feels decadent and yet is still so nourishing.Â
- 1 cup Otis Oat Milk, The Barista One for extra creaminessÂ
- 5 whole strawberries, frozenÂ
- 1 banana, freshÂ
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflowerÂ
- 1 serve/ 30g vanilla plant proteinÂ
Note: the combo of frozen strawberries and fresh banana is key to achieving this pourable texture. If you want a thicker/smoothie bowl style outcome, use frozen instead of a fresh bananaÂ
Method: add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz on high until smooth. Pour up and enjoy!
