Mens Health Week Check-in

We’re halfway through Men’s Health Week (June 9–15), so we checked in with the Otis team to see how they look after their mental health — because there’s no health without mental health.

 

Chris plays tennis.
A hit of fresh air, a rush of endorphins and a laugh over some competitive fun. Easy to remember how lucky you are while your smashing a tiny little yellow ball around.
Tim goes outside. 
A hike or wander around our beautiful backyard (ideally with the family). It can be 5 minutes or 5 hours, the result is almost the same - lowered stress levels and raised gratitude for this nice life and the scenic route!
Finn likes running.
There’s nothing quite like a runners high - especially over these chilly NZ winter months, precious moments snuck into the limited daylight hours. A messy head soon becomes organised after a run, and you never regret taking the step out the door.

A good reminder, as we head into the cooler, darker months, to check in with yourself and make sure you’re doing your best for yourself.
