Banana Peanut Butter Thick-shake by Two Raw Sisters

We’re thrilled to have Two Raw Sisters share one of their all-time favourite recipes with us! This rich, creamy thick-shake is everything you want—delicious, indulgent, and well, thick. The cacao nibs blend in perfectly for a satisfying crunch. It’s the ideal way to kick off your day, made even better with our High Fibre + Low Fat oat milk.


Ingredients:

1 banana - frozen (this is a must)

1/2 cup ice

1/2 cup oat milk

1 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp cacao nibs

 

Method:

  • Add all of the ingredients, except the cacao nibs, to a blender and blend until smooth. If you want your smoothie less think, simply add more milk.
  • Add the cacao nibs and pulse for a few seconds.
  • Serve Immediately.

Tip: sprinkle cacao nibs on top for extra crunch.
